Warranties

Double E Racing products are sold without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied due to the nature of their use. The entire risk to person(s) and property(s) associated with our product(s) is with you the purchaser and/or user. Double E Racing is not responsible for damage to property(s) or person(s) from installation or use of our product(s), including but not limited to injury and/or death.

Purchaser understands and recognizes that Double E Racing manufactures and sells performance components and equipment that are subject to various different conditions due to the manner in which they are used. Purchaser also recognizes and agrees that the suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Double E Racing for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgement of Double E Racing regarding suitability of any product or service.

Liability

Double E Racing is not liable for any consequential damages, expenses or injuries arising from the use, misuse or improper installation of any product manufactured or sold by Double E Racing. Double E Racing reserves the right to make changes in design or add to or improve their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on any products previously manufactured.

We highly recommend a Certified/ Professional mechanic to install and maintain our products. Due to the manner of use we recommend periodic inspection and maintenance of our products to ensure optimum performance. Replace or Repair components as necessary.  

Installation of certain aftermarket components may or may not void your warranty. Please contact your local dealer with questions.

Wearable Items

Items expected to degrade per their function and replaced as part of regular maintenance. Examples: bearings, ball joints, bushings, etc.

Modification / Aftermarket Parts

Vehicle modifications are done at your own risk, and we do not accept any responsibility for damages caused by vehicle modifications. Double E Racing is not liable for damages to user or equipment as a result of vehicle modifications. Modifications to vehicles may create dangerous situations and are done at the risk of the user. The user hereby expressly assumes all risks associated with any such modifications.

Abnormal Use

We work hard to design Double E Racing parts to be the most reliable parts in the worst conditions. However, operating Double E Racing parts outside of their design parameters may result in damage to the vehicle or injure passengers. Please ensure proper installation of all aftermarket parts and research proper safety techniques.
